Anthony Noonis
The CEO and founder of Talon Investment Group, is Mr. Anthony Noonis. He is experienced in the acquisition, development, marketing and selling of Commercial Real Estate. For the past 25 years Mr. Noonis has had varying responsibility for hundreds of real estate projects ranging across acquisition, design, construction, ownership, development, management, renovation, Etc. This includes office, retail, special use, schools, medical, industrial, multi-family, and vacant land projects. He has simultaneously owned businesses in various aspects of the real estate industry. Mr. Noonis has been directly involved in over 400 projects at the local, county, state and federal levels totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in Commercial Real Estate.
In 1987 Mr. Noonis began an architectural design firm primarily involved in multi-family and small commercial building design, completing hundreds of design, permitting and development projects. Noonis Designs was sold in August 2002. Simultaneously, in 1991 Mr. Noonis formed Noonis Development, a general contracting firm providing construction and management on dozens of multi-family and commercial projects. In 1997 Mr. Noonis began to purchase commercial buildings and property for development and investment. He has directly purchased, developed, managed and arranged financing for millions of dollars in real estate.
At the beginning of 2002 Mr. Noonis founded Community Innovations, LLC, a real estate investment company for which he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Mr. Noonis is President of and serves on the board of directors of Talon Development, Inc. His three decades of expertise, knowledge, and success in real estate have given him a reputation for being a savvy and astute commercial real estate investor and developer. Having achieved success in his own portfolio and that of Community Innovations, Mr. Noonis now seeks to leverage his experience by guiding other investors toward reaching their goals as clients of Talon Investment Group.
