Land Development During the previous residential boom Talon identified and packaged Multi-family projects. Talon's strategy was to acquire multi-family land and quickly package the projects to be sold to builders and developers who were riding the big residential wave. Talon did not permit or build the project we simply found the property, identified the vision then packaged and sold the property. |
